Well to start of with the tracking company was a waste of time and airtime I've lost out on 4 appointments the tracking company is useless when it comes to assistance when you have a breakdown I've been on and off the fine with people what sounded and looked like they don't know anything when it comes to customer service really bad service from the tracking service. We tried to ask MI way for assistance and without any inconvenience from MI way got roadside assistance for us even though our first installment is due month end and thats why me as a MI way client appreciate the service that MI way did for us thank you very much for your loyalty to us as a family.
