Well, Molebogeng Ledwaba, helped me via WhatsApp. It is truly very convenient having the option to chat with an actual person via text and get direction for the next steps to take. It reduces anxiety and also prevents that long waiting with phone calls. A big positive was the calm and supportive demeanor I felt from Molebogeng Ledwaba.
