Well, I had skipped a premium subscription without my knowledge and MiWay gave me a courtesy call to find out what’s happening and gave me options on how I can still keep my insurance cover with them until I’m able to pay and carry on. The agent who called me was kind and knowledgeable. She gave me info without making me feel bad or like I’ve done something bad. I am so happy that I still have cover (pro data) even though I missed one payment. And I love the way they handled the situation. Thanks you Bonolo and MiWay. 🙂
