After all the hassels I've had with miway, my case was handed over to Jacqueline, who from the start was very supportive, understanding and extrememy helpful. She not only made it her duty to respond to every call and email sent to her, she never hesitated to go the extra mile unlike the other idiot who was assigned to my case. She turned a pretty nasty and embarassing situation for your company into a real pleasing experience. Well done Jacqueline, that's the service you expect from a well known company who spends millions on advertising costs so you'd expect great service Miway give that lady a Bells or flowers, she deserves it. She even arranged the car hire which was picked up today. Wish I could have dealt with you earlier maybe all the hassels would have been avoided. Only wish now the panel beater doesn't muck up. Looking forward to working with you again Jacqueline, maybe you should take over my Benz case as well.
