Due to the covid 19, which has caused mostly problems, for us one has had to try an make arrangements when it comes to monthly bills. Today I spoke to Precious Kgope from Miway, and I must say it was a pleasure to speak to her, she assisted me with all my query’s, she was very patient even though I had so many things I demanded from her, she remained calm, helpful ,patient and friendly.
