I have been a MiWay client for a number of years now and always appreciated good service from dedicated MiWay consultants. Prior to Henry Shongwe providing excellent assistance to me, I have now come in contact with Poeletso Maloka whom I found to be an excellent communicator in her field of expertise as well as an excellent listener.

I like it when people listen to a client's needs and not just try to make a sale by signing up the client. Poeletso was friendly and provided answers to all of my questions, Well Done to you:) I will be name dropping more friends soon and ensure that you get them signed up should they need to chat and negiotate further :) A happy and satisfied Mi-Way client!

@Miway, I love just dealing with Poeletso Maloka. She is so patient and understanding my needs and knows exactly how to deal with difficult clients as myself. She yet again provided excellent service in May when I called in to ask for her to discuss my premium and needs. Well done Miway on hiring such brilliant staff such as her. You need to strive to ensure you have such staff on hand when it comes to customer service satisfaction.
