I must admit both of them were outstanding but goes to Nomfundo for damage control she has done I already cancelled both my polices at the time she called and that was my personal and business insurance she was so professional in what she does and I ended up take up a new policy on my personal cover and the business one I will see at a later stage. But what had happen is that the previous sales consultant had not explain to me about the joining fee and he mentioned the pro rata only to go of my account which I had budgeted for, to my surprise more then that went off which is bridge of contract due the amount spoken via the telephone and the one that went off was two different amounts . But now I have a policy again with Miway thanks to people like Nomfundo who knows what their job and how important it is to keep client on board. Thanks a lot.
