Well done Miway!!

I had an road side assist incidence 05th Jan 19 on the N1 North. I contacted Miway and was assisted by a very competent and professional advisor, Nobantu Mpeta. Nobantu assured me assistance is on the way and called a few times to enquire if I am ok, which was extremely assuring. The service provider they used, Siyabadonsa Bonke, gentleman's name is, Jonathan, to tow my car was very friendly and very efficient. I did not have enough funds to pay my portion over the 40 km but Nobantu, with my permission, came up with a plan B. Miway then, paid the whole bill to the assistance provider. I chose to drive back with the assistance provider. His truck was spotless. In all this was the first time I had to request assistance from my Insurance and I am very glad that I chose Miway. Miway was were superb! Well done Nobantu, Jonathan and Miway. Lena, satisfied client.
