Asisipho Ntwanambi.... Yes that was the amazing lady's name who helped me.. As usually our premium goes up every year. I send a message on the website to call me back and they did. I spoke to a lovely lady named Asisipho Ntwanambi who helped me so much. As much as many say you have insurance and you don't get anything back with miway when you have a claim free year but to be honest my cash back is when they lower my premium every year without a hassle and fuss. Asisipho was such a help and she was so sweet and welcoming, it truly amazing to have dealt with her. I would recommend miway to people. It cheap reasonable their client service is great
