Well done Kutlo Mochaoa for the impeccable service - Miway!
I called Miway this morning to update details on my policy. Firstly, I was not left on hold as with most call centres. Secondly, the service I received from Kutlo Mochaoa, Customer Service Agent was impeccable! He was polite. helpful and knowledgeable. Well done Kutlo, you rock!
