Well Done

I bought a tab through TFG online store and the tab was faulty. The invoice itself said to return within 30 days to which I did and then was advised that is not the case and its 7 days. Busisiwe and Neo were very helpful and told me that TFG always does this and they do not advise the customers accordingly. The customer service received from the 2 employees was exceptional. Cant say much though for their partner TFG and their poor service. Thank you Busiswe and Neo! Well done!
