Well after a long deliberation with Mr Matteo of MiWay, I was asked to provide statements of payment for the missing documents on his system, which I have done, they owed for 8 months of the cover being ******ed ********ly and then gives me a 2 month runaround. Deposits back a fraction of the money and goes cold turkey. Is this the what to expect from so called professional insurance in SA? I am looking into legal actions as we speak and will definitely be making these ********* understand that government gets away not them🤞🏼
