Weak service

More then a month ago I've ask why there were certain cover removed from my policy. I was the informed that in the original recording of my initial quote that specific was not selected. After being to they will investigate the matter and get back to me within 72 working hours(which never happend) I waited 3 weeks for that feedback. I then called and canceled more than a week ago being told I will be refunded within 3 working days. Today I called and I was told my refund was never requested. Vuyiswa Cele is still getting back to me. Precious Kgope is still getting back to me. A guy called David (did not get his last name) is still getting back to me. Miway is a weak excuse for an Insurance Company. Empty promises, weak excuse, very bad and rude service. Thinks 10 times before even calling Miway for a qoute.
