Weak service

<p>I have recently had an accident where my vechile was hit with another. I reported this to you guys. I then found that my excess was increased without my consent. After only a week of registering the claim miway only came back to me. And the i must hear from the pannelbeater that you wont approve a genuine part. And that my vechile is too old to fit new parts???? Do i drive a fong kong kar? Or a geniune vw??? I wil tell the public about this poor service. Nobody ever said when i took a policy that my vechile is too old. This is rediculous. Ime looking for a new insurance group. </p>
