We requested road side assistance at 13:38, we asked how long it will aproximately take for the tow truck to arrive and the lady said 1 hour max. The tow truck arrived at 15:28. The tow truck driver then said that according to the job card he must take us to Witbank because its apparently the nearest town with a garage (that being said with a garage only 15 mins away from where we were stranded) In other words we waited 2 hours for the tow truck and only then we could get to the garage to get help with the tyre. We had to book in at a guest house as it is too late and dangerous to drive further home with our back up tyre. The tow truck also had a gear problem that put us on another setback, because we had to wait another +-20 mins to get the car onto the truck and go to the garage.
