We had an incident where we hit a pothole. We submitted a client on the 18th and still waiting for any feedback from my way I’ve requested numerous callbacks still no one has phoned me I informed them that we are going away for the weekend and we only have a biscuit on the car and still nothing clearly my way does not care about our safety otherwise they would’ve responded
