We had a power failure for more than 48 hours

We had a power failure for more than 48 hours. I put in a claim for food spoilage. Without any hassle, MiWay accepted my claim requiring just phot evidence of the fridge contents and proof of power failure. The proof was just communication from our estate and that was enough. I took forever to provide the info needed, but Atlegang Thoka checked in almost everyday to make sure we complete this process as swiftly as possible. She’s very professional, patient and so helpful.
