We Drive - You guys are breaking my heart

Shoo guys you really need to up your game. I love everything about Miway but it seems your right hand doesnt know what your left hand is doing. I had booked my we drive for Saturday 05/09/2020 for 8:45 which had its own host of issues with the booking itself but I called to cancel the service and lo and behold the driver still showed up. I feel awful for the driver who was sitting outside the house. Not cool guys. 2nd time you guys have let me down. I hope this is not going to count against my free we drives?
