We drive you

I phoned the call centre,went through voice prompts,ive been a customer of them for a year now. I phoned to hear if i qualify for we drive,because the guy who answerd said i get 6per annum,but i must phone in again and wait another 45min to hear if i qualify,and no one answers. Its pathetic that no one can tell me if i qualify for a stupid we drive service,which they advertise over the tv. They have a call back service,which they didnt even bother to call me back either? They must stop advertising they are the best call centre,yeah they soooo great they never phone you back. Its absolutely pathetic service which clearly does not exist!
