Watch out
I was very impressed with the initial service and was very happy with them. BUT just wait till you have a claim and the you'll see a very different story. Two months later and I am still awaiting my car repairs. They have not responded to my queries as to why the nominated companies are taking so long and messing me around. Pleas to Miway have fallen on deaf ears. AND then even before I get my car back my insurance has been bumped by almost R250 on the car that got damaged, an increase of almost 30%. Watch out.
