wasted my time for nothing

On the 18/05/2015, I decided to take R1000 challenge, after having spent and wasted my time which I then belived it was worth spending, <br> <br> The consultant did not allow me an opportunity to state the reason for quote only towards the end of the call she gave me an opportunity to state my reason ie R1000 challenge. Just because the quote given was higher than my current package or premium and the fact that I didn't state the reasons in advance she told me that I don't qualify.<br> <br> This was totally waste of my time, I don't know if I can do business with the service provider who do not keep his side of the deal.
