WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

I was contacted by a Customer service consultant concerning a complaint about excessive excess charges on my policy regarding a replacement of a tyre after a pothole hit that was filled with rainwater and was not visible to the eye that cost R950 but has to pay R4250 excess DOES THAT MAKE SENSE She contacted me to put me through to a agent to review my policy and then the agent tells me she doesn't know anything about it WHY AM I STILL WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!????
