Was really not happy with the run around about talking to the right people to process my issues. I talked to different agents and all were useless, to be frank. Someone even asked, if I paid my premiums. Already felt like my claim will be declined. Your processes is very tedious and not simple. Makes it very hard to submit a claim. However, Haniph Nkuna called me and really made it easy for me. He was a legend in the call. Made the experience way better! He made me feel like a valued customer. 10/10 for his efforts. Id pay top dollar for his services again! Thanks Haniph, i dont like dealing with insurance companies but you made my day! Thanks so much.
