Was panicked as a DO defaulted (stupidity on my part) and was worried I had no insurance cover for my daughter's car. The emergency assist logged the msg over the weekend and the help desk contacted me this morning then transferred me to Minenhle Xulu (apologies may be spelt wrong). She was polite, efficient, friendly and reinstated the instruction soonest. All sorted. And she reassured me there is a grace period should it happen again so that's good to know.
