Was convinced to stay with MiWay.

I just joined MiWay at the beginning of August 2015. However there have been many problems. It began from the first telephone call to MiWay. Agent not competent and made many mistakes. Had to phone a second time to sort that out.. What I was told over the phone was not the outcome when I followed up. Therefore this morning I phoned to cancel my insurance with them and I insisted on a refund. After explaining this, my call was directed to Henry Shongwe. Very efficient and convincing agent. He persuaded my to stay and he sorted out my problems immediately. Thank you Henry you are a star!! I hope all the staff at MiWay could be like him... <br>
