Warranty claim

I put in a claim with miway insurance last week and I haven't received any positive feedback. I'm practically hounding them every day for answers, all I got is that they are still busy reviewing my claim. My policy schedule clearly states what I'm covered for. They never miss a payment but they can't even assist me, so disappointed.
