<p>i would like o thank Tebogo Seletitja and Nyiko Mdluli for the efficient service in finalising my Transport Refund, after a very horrible service i received from Thami Ndaba, Nyiko had to escalate my case and made it his priority, a customer enviroment department needs people like Nyiko who treat every customer as first customer . im happy and belives Nyiko deserves a reward for extra mile service</p>
