want to taek your money but donot want to honor the claim .

i had a claim with them as they are my current insurance and i was a little late with a debit one debit and i have been paying them for over 7 years and added an extra car and took life cover and added extra as on my insurance for my car but when i need them then they found holes that stopped me from using my insurance and this is unacceptable. they like to take money but when you need their service they will not pay so i would advise of joining MiWay insurance as they want your money but will not pay you for using them as a service provider. i had an accident on the 9 Sep 2023 and was a little late to pay on amount and i did call to get this UpToDate. and i did ask am i still covered and was told yes. i am now with out a car and about to lose my job a is need a car but do not have one to do it with.
