WAITING OVER A MONTH FOR A CLAIM TO BE PAID OUT!!!!
On the 1st of December2017,i received documents to sign that my claim was approved. The next couple weeks ,i kept calling the claims dept.to find out about the payment,they kept telling me it was paid out. Today 16/01/2018 ,still no payment ,i called again ,apparently there is no one available in the department to assist me.Terrible Service.
