Waiting on Claim to be Finalised

I lodged a claim to Miway on the 11th of January 2016. after I was told that my car was a write off i spoke to a lady by the name of Mpumi Nkumbe. She asked me to submit a settlement letter from the bank that financed my car of which i did. She told me trough e-mails that for her to process the claim she needed confirmation that the car was towed from panel beater to SMD and also received the spare keys. I have told her countless times that i have the spare keys with me at work but she has not sent anybody to come and pick them up. <br> <br> i have alerted her several times that the spare keys are still with me. she has not responded to my e-mails and i don't know what the hell is going on.<br> <br> I need to finalise this claim and move on with my life.<br> <br>
