Waiting forever for feedback
On the 14th Sept while driving my car died out (lost power). I called MiWay's road side assistance and was advised that they will send a tow truck to come help me. Waited for about 2 hours for the arrival of the tow truck. Then my car was towed to Hyundai Sandton. On the 15th i called MiWay to find out what was happening and was told that no claim had been logged so I decided to calm down as I could not understand if how could the person helping me on my 14th not log my incident or advise me of the next step.

On the 22nd Sept I got a call from Hyundai that MiWay had sent people to their office to take my car and I allowed them permission to do so. Still I received NO FEEDBACK from MiWay till I had to call them again on the 28th of which I was told that they are still waiting for an assessment report and no one could give me a date as to when this will be done.

It is the start of the 3rd week now and seems I have to be the one chasing them for feedback regarding any updates. And each time I called, the assistant seems to be more confused than the one who picked up my call previously.

At this point, doing things MiWay is completely draining
