waiting for Miway since 4days

<p> how does a single woman drive around with a car without a window , .in this weather going for business meetings..(inviting more attention with my broken window). after having a car hire option with Miway my car is covered correctly, in this bad weather i have been phoning them literally begging them to arrange a curtesy car for me , i gave them my alternative number where they could contact me i gave Luanne the manager my number , l have been waiting since 3 days ... after holding the line for more than 10 minutes i was told the manager ... will speak to me after an hour she knows my story, i refused to get out of the line until she came to speak to me she told me that i was going to get help..up to now .... as i speak im still holding the line ...without any arrangement with the curtesy car ......</p>
