Waiting for final answer
How long is later? I have lodged claim for household items and apparently this claims were approved on the 07/01/2016. Still I am waiting for the call to confirm that the claim is approved and that the date for delivery is confirmed. Every time after speaking to a consultant, they would call me back as they are busy. I am still waiting for the call from Monday. (by the way, nobody asked me what has been spoilt or lost when the fridge packed up....guess that's on me...)
