Waiting for feedback more than a week...

Phone yesterday again. After a week waiting for Gloria to get someone higher up to assist and to get this sorted out. Talked to Bongani and yet again he could not assist so again asked for someone like a manager to call me back but still have not received any response. Their service is not what it used to be.
