Waiting for call back

I am in the process of cancelling my policy with MiWay. I have phoned to give them 30 day notice. A week has passed and I am still waiting for them to reply via phone. As I see it they are prolonging the process. They place me on hold with the senior team and never get back to me. Staying on the phone for more than 10 minutes listening to music playing. <br> <br> This is unacceptable.
