???? Waiting for almost 3hrs for a tow truck....NOT GOOD!!

I requested a tow truck yesterday afternoon, 17 August as my vehicle broke down in the Gordons Bay area. My call was logged at 16h26 and received an SMS from your call centre indicating that a tow truck was on its way to assist me.

And we waited, and we waited, and we waited.....????????????????????

Guesss what.......the tow truck only rocked up at 19h05!!! ????????????

What if I was all alone? What if my car broke down on the treacherous N2, where people are being brutally attacked and ****ed?

Other insurance companies at least have something called "Guardian Angels" that they dispatch to keep you, as a client to keep you safe while the tow truck is on its way. Don't you guys have something like this in place?
