Waiting almost a year to get my 1st claim resolved after giving them 1000s of Rands over 6 years.

I've never claimed anything in the six years I've been with them, I was in an accident about a year ago and I'm waiting for almost a year to get my first claim resolved. Even now, I'm the one having to reach out to follow up with MiWay.

I went to the police, followed all of he necessary requirements, etc. I went to the panel beater that MiWay told me to go to (I thought these guys were expensive but again, I did what MiWay told me to do). I sent the information from the third party to Miway, been following up numerous times and kept being referred to someone or was told they they are waiting on another department/have been escalated. Terrible service. I'm planning on switching or have to go the legal route to get my money back ASAP as clearly I've wasted 1000s of Rands on them.
