Waiting 70Days for claim and still waiting. Bad service

I have load claim C*** on the 2nd October 2024 to *** I know there are processes to be followed and that is why i waited and waited and still waiting no feedback. It is the 10th December 2024 and am still waiting only for feedback. How can we refer other clients to this insurance company if they do not value people.

You advise that your client has not enough cover to fix both vehicles. And know she needs to fix vehicle out of her own pocket because she felt bad for the accident.
Paying insurance for no insurance, wow unbelievable. We should make MyWay Insurance trend on social media immediately
