Waited for 5 hours for road assistance

on Sunday I had a tyre problem and then I called miway for road assistance and they said they will send someone and the first message I received was at 16:01 that they've logged a call. I waited in vain and called them again and they said they'll send someone and sent me another SMS at 17:40 that a call has been logged.guess what they sent me an SMS at 18:33 that they've authorized the towing company to assist. The towing arrived at 19:30 of which they also failed to assist me. Just imagine being a lady in the middle of nowhere waiting for assistance from your insurance which you are paying monthly, only to wait for 5 hours and I still had to drive for 3 hours as I was going to JHB. People must not be fooled by the Miway adverts which portrays the company as being efficient especially when you need roadside assistance. I believe roadside assistance should be treated as urgent but I guess Miway have a different view. I don't advice people to take Miway if they want to get value for their money as I'm also going to cancel mine
