Waited 3 hours for a towtruc****

i had an incident on monday the 4th, called Miway insurance at 10:45am to arrange a towtruck to two my vehicle, the call center advisor said to me that im only allowed 40km and the rest i have to pay for, which i said no problem, she said she was waiting for a quote and will call me back in a few mins,

i called back at 11:30am to ask for a quote to get my vehcile towed the call center agent said she will call me back in a few mins,

now im stuck and my insurance company is messing me around, third time i called, the agent put the phone down,

i eventaully called a towtruck around the area, and had to pay R750 from my pocket, and that was at 12:30pm,

miway called at 13:04pm to tell me Iway will be there in 25 mins, i said to the consultant i dont need it and Miway "WILL" reimbusrse me my money,

as how can you make a customer sit on the side of the road for almost 3 hours waiting for a towtruck, imagine if it was a woman that can get ****ed, ****d, kidnapped!
