Vuyiswa was very friendly when I cancelled my insurance policy due to going overseas for some time, however when I had to put in a claim for a scratch on my vehicle, I needed assistance and I was told that I can only speak to Basetsana, I called for 3 days, sent emails - every time I called she was either unavailable or put me on hold, with no response on my emails. I am very upset about this as I have been using Miway for more than a year, and have not claimed once and when I do need to put in a claim or require assistance, there is no help, I will most definitely not be returning to Miway upon my arrival back in SA. Won’t recommend your company to anyone.
