Vip service

I have always been happy dealing with Miway and today was no different, i spoke to Busi Sithole who assisted me with a query i had. She was listening to me and for understanding not just to reply, she seems to be enjoying helping her clients and that shows in the way she handles her calls. What was great about her service is that when she realized that she might take longer for her to resolve the query she asked if she could call me back so she can focus and i can continue with whatever iam doing.

Maybe the os a lot of people like her in your business but today I just wanted to remind you about her and the image she portrays for your company. She was excellent and if this is the service i get I don’t mind paying more knowing that my needs are taken care off and iam not treated like another call in your busy queue.
