Violation of POPI

Miway is again violating the POPI Act. Last week I again told the call centre agent trying to sell me insurance, to remove my information from your databases and again today I received a call from an individual who said his name was John from Homegrown, trying to sell me insurance. I reminded him of POPI and he said something about getting lists from somewhere. This is most unprofessional and a poor reflection of your brand as I never gave you permission to have my information and contact details. Please remove ALL my information from your databases and lists. If I receive another call you will be reported to the Information Regulator.
