Vicious Claim Processes

I have been insured with MiWay for 5years, their claim process with minor claims is very easy, but as soon as you have a more exponential claim, their claim process becomes gruesome. First claim was for accidental damage to my tyre, this took more than a month to be approved and I had to be nasty towards staff to get my claim approve. I was in an accident recently which was caused by another vehicle skipping a stop sign and caused me to lose control of my vehicle while avoiding to hit said vehicle. This claim's process was so vicious and I was left felling like a ********. I would never go back to MiWay
