Very very poor service

<p>After 3years of being loyal customer on my first accident they refuse to pay, they are liers all that you agreed on they change it when it time for them to pay i was driving around 8 with upcomi ng traffic and cars behind me there comes a dog crossing running very fast on a public road i couldnt avoid it i had to stick in my lane due to traffic mind you my excess isR4000 I called them on the scene they said i must drive to police station i did get OB no next day consultant phones and say " because you çould have avoided the dog so my ecxess wiĺ be R8000 plus R2000 penaty f0r</p> <p>Causing accident on purpose if u dnt hv R10 000 u can fix at your own" that service from them it been 2weeks no w</p> <p> </p>
