Bad service and not fair

I was involved in an accident with a person who is insured by myway insurance. myway client crashed onto my vehicle from behind, she admitted that she is the one who’s at fault. then lodged a claim to myway for the repairs for her vehicle, as well as a third party claim for my vehicle. Her claim has been approved and her vehicle has been repaired, while the third party claim is still not authorized. Im still waiting for payment to repair my vehicle & its more than 30 days now. How is this fair? Worse part on rainy days I'm experiencing water entering from back and as we speak my seats are wet and has a rotten smell. I’m the one who is always contacting myway and they don't answering regarding the progress of the claim, they keep on telling me to check with them the following day. MYWAY is a big NOOOO!
