Very upset and disappointed client

What a horrible experience. I recently changed over to miway because I heard they good and their premiums are great which seemed all good when I joined. I've claimed once for a windscreen which was successful, however that's all I had success with. Miway is the typical insurance that looks for every loophole not to payout. I have never come across an insurance company that tells their clients that they not covered due to poor workmenship AND THE BUILDING IS 28 YEARS OLD. Hence they declined my claim on this basis, which I find pathatic. It's not the 1st time they declined my claim. I had to fix the damages on my own, so what's the use in paying heavy premiums monthly only to result in unsuccessful claims, yet Miway is the 1st company to debit my account. What a bull**** insurance company I was a fool to recommend Miyway to my family and friends because they are not good at all and I will be cancelling with immediate effect.
