Very unsatisfied and feel currently I don't feel insured

Miway took my car after an accident. They had my car for 6 months They return my vehicle. They have not fixed my car and they made me push my car into my yard from a lower bed because it does not start?? After checking I've noticed that my battery has been ******. My car is currently broken after miway insurance was supposed to keep me covered after 6 month? What should I do? They have not called me back after I phoned them and asked them why am I pushing my car ? Why is my car broken?
