Very unprofessional and dishonest

Horrible experience so far. I've been given a quote for both my cars. The one commutes to an office and the other one stays home, with trips every now amd then. I work from home and go to a Restaurant or a friend's every now and then to get out of the house. I mainly work on my laptop and do not commute or do prospecting with my vehicle.

Now I get a phone call every second day asking me to change my work adress to various adresses although my work adress is registered at my home and it is the official adress.

All they want to do is lift the premium now and using that as an excuse. I wanted to cancel my policy with them today without even starting. Today a supervisor said that I will not be covered if I go and see a client at McDonald's even though it will be less than 3 times per month.

When I originally got the insurance I explained the same thing to the person helping me and he didn't have a problem with it. Today I explained it to another person amd they also said it is not a problem, but then the supervisor phones me and tell me I will not be insured. I got 3 calls today only.

You guys are extremely unprofessional! Especially the supervisor that phoned me.

You can get another client somewhere else. I won't be one of your clients.
