Very unhappy, terrible service

-10 out of 5 Please never think of ever insuring with MiWay. My vehicle was in a minor collision and it's been at the repairers for 112 days now. They take forever to approve parts and they force repairers to look for second hand parts, which causes extreme inconvenience to their clients and enormous time delays with repairs. Next week my vehicle which I drove out of the way of traffic after the collision, will be in the hands of MiWay for a third of this year already. I will never recommend MiWay to anyone and I've advised friends and family to find alternative insurances
